~** EXPANDING RESOURCES **~

These are the two early childhood organzations I contacted... The fisrt one is The British Assocation for Early Childhood Education http://www.early-education.org.uk/ and the second one is The Canadian Association for Young Children http://www.cayc.ca/indexjournal.html. I chose these two organizations because I felt the need that their organzations or programs could be ran different from the organizations and programs in the United States!! I would like to know how effective their organizations are and if there are any similarity between their organiztions and our organizations. I'm assuming because of the timing I submitted to both organizations I have yet gotten a response from them. I've never visited neither place nor do I know of anyone in my circle that has but; I'm very anixious to hear from something educational and interesting about both!!.. While, researching I found that the National Conference states  their program includes lectures by internationally reowned authorities on children, school visits and tours etc. They have also have an Canadian Children Journal that is published twice yearly. In British their Development Matters are non-statutory guidance to support practitioners in implementing the Early Foundation Stage which seems very similar to organizations here.

"My Support"

To me in order to support someone or something you must build a foundation first. Suppport means foundation. Being able to build a foundation it requires you to be able to hold up and to preserve. Support also means to maintain wheather it's your family, a person, the mind, spirits, courage, or establishment. I've always felt by supplying with things necessary to exitence provide for the support of a family as well.
In conclusion, support to me applies when you are backing another, as in statement, opinion, or beliefs. Also so as educators we must support our children and be there for them we they need us the most...

"Relationships and Family Partnership"

Relationships are very important to my family. Forming a relationship with the people you care and love is a special bond. The realtionship forms achievement and lays the groundwork for supporting your child. Relationships also from partnerships which includes strenghthening the family, child bond addressing diversity, and building trust. I have a special and very important relationship with my son, parents, sisters and brother. I love them all unconditionally. As adults we all go on a family vacation twice a year. All of my, sisters and their families go too. My brother and his family go as well. We are a very close net family. We eat Sunday dinner together and share what happened over our work week. We eat together as a family during the hoildays. We give thanks together all the time. By spending family time together allows me and my family to have a great and understanding partnership. My experiences with relationship/partnership would reflect my work because relationships forms achievement and supports children through their ground work. My relationships also allows me to help strengthening family, child bond, addressing diversity and building trust.
