These are the two early childhood organzations I contacted... The fisrt one is The British Assocation for Early Childhood Education http://www.early-education.org.uk/ and the second one is The Canadian Association for Young Children http://www.cayc.ca/indexjournal.html. I chose these two organizations because I felt the need that their organzations or programs could be ran different from the organizations and programs in the United States!! I would like to know how effective their organizations are and if there are any similarity between their organiztions and our organizations. I'm assuming because of the timing I submitted to both organizations I have yet gotten a response from them. I've never visited neither place nor do I know of anyone in my circle that has but; I'm very anixious to hear from something educational and interesting about both!!.. While, researching I found that the National Conference states their program includes lectures by internationally reowned authorities on children, school visits and tours etc. They have also have an Canadian Children Journal that is published twice yearly. In British their Development Matters are non-statutory guidance to support practitioners in implementing the Early Foundation Stage which seems very similar to organizations here.

Hi Tomekia, I was wondering if you have contacted any professionals. I have contacted several and I am waiting for their response. Also, I think researching information from outside the United States may be a good idea. I will definitely look at the websites you mentioned in your blog.I am always trying to subscribe to journals on early childhood.
